Gregory Counseling, works to empower individuals and with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to resolve emotional, behavioral, and relational issues to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. Tondra primarily uses techniques adapted from systems/relational theory, psychodynamics, and cognitive behavioral theory. All services at Gregory Counseling emphasize clients’ strengths and abilities.

About Tondra Gregory
Tondra Gregory, LMHC, is a professional counselor who has built her career off her compassion, interpersonal skills and warm personality. Licensed by the New York Department of Education as a mental health counselor, Tondra earned her Master’s in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University. She received her post-graduate training from The Ackerman Institute for the Family in marriage/relationship and family counseling. After moving to New York City, Tondra founded Gregory Counseling, a psychotherapy practice, located in Midtown Manhattan.
Tondra’s work is characterized by dedication, compassion, and wisdom. Her approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and proactive. She seeks to gain biographical insight, address obstacles that prevent change, and develop skills that lead to confident decision-making and lasting solutions.
Tondra is committed to providing a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that supports growth and healing. She provides an atmosphere of understanding, respect, and confidentiality.
Tondra has 10 years of experience counseling diverse clients and populations, including professional athletes and couples. Additionally, she has worked as a Christian counselor for 15 years.
